Facilities and Campus
Metalex’ three primary manufacturing facilities are located in Cincinnati, Ohio and are all conveniently located within a five minute walk of our 325,000 sq. ft main facility located at 5750 Cornell Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
All of Metalex' facilities have state-of-the-art environmental control systems to maintaining constant temperature and humidity that create the conditions required for our precision machines to consistently achieve extremely tight dimensional tolerances that are measured in microns. ensuring we are prepared to support every client across a diverse group of industries.
Metalex' has expansive facilities, exceptional machinery, precision tooling and cutting edge systems technology. Our infrastructure was developed with flexibility to ensure we are ready to adapt to meet our customer's needs across a diverse group of industries regardless of complexity or size.
Metalex Building #1 - Manufacturing Headquarters
Main Manufacturing Operations (325,000 sq. ft.)

This 325,000 sq. ft. environmentally controlled facility serves as our primary manufacturing operations for 5-axis milling, turning, finishing, EDM and final inspection. In addition, Metalex' Center of Excellence for Advance Large Manufacturing is located here with 75,000 Sq. ft. with crane capacity of 150 tons and 46 ft of height under the hook, we are capable of machining massive components to support our customer's largest manufacturing needs.

This 40,000 sq. ft. standalone environmentally controlled facility provides Metalex with the ability to support our customers special project needs from assemblies and testing to production machining.
Metalex Building #3 - ID / OD Grinding, Welding & Large Assembly
Precision Grinding, Welding and Assembly (50,000 sq. ft.)

The Metalex precision ID / OD Grinding, Welding and Large Assembly is located in a state of the art facility with 100’ clear span and 35’ of overhead clearance. The 50,000 sq. ft building has environmental control systems to maintain constant temperature and humidity and automatically cycles fresh air at regular intervals. The highly skilled craftsman and exceptional equipment within this center achieve .00004 (40 millions) dimensional and diametrical tolerances with near mirror finishes.
