With 80,000+ square-foot of assembly area with 150-ton crane capacity and 48' of clearance under the crane, our team performs complete build-to-print turnkey assemblies and equipment run-off, including setting up equipment to run actual product as required, all with the goal of bringing maximum value to our customers.

Prototype assembly is one of the most fascinating, challenging and rewarding areas at Metalex. It is the place where design, engineering, manufacturing and hands-on expertise come together and collaborate to build a functional system. Frequently, prototype equipment requires numerous changes to get it to perform to the intent of the design. To manage the iterative design process required for prototype development, we partner with our customers to identify all disconnects and implement solutions.

Because Metalex understands that schedules and costs are critical for all projects, our systems allow project managers and customers to break down tasks, schedules and costs to individual parts and assemblies. This enables schedule and cost verification within 24 hours and the ability to quickly test, debug and implement any changes or improvements.
