This individual will create manufacturing process plans for machining of complex components. As a member of the Machine Maintenance team, on a daily basis you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs on a variety of high-tech precision machinery and equipment. We are looking for motivated individual that is committed doing the job the right way and operating with pace in a self-directed environment. This individual must have some experience with machine maintenance and be able to identify, diagnose, and repair moderate to complex mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery.

We are seeking a capable person to handle multiple responsibilities within our Quotation Department while also supporting our Purchasing and Subcontracting Department. Must be “Hands-On” and have the ability to read blue prints and specifications in order to purchase raw material and commercial items. Familiarity with subcontracted services such as Heat Treatment, Special Coatings, Non-Destructive Testing is a must in order to procure additional job requirements for our precision machined components, assemblies and special machinery. Will also be handling other aspects of purchasing to include plant and machinery suppliers, maintenance and repair. Must be able to negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality products with the best pricing and on-time delivery. Need to understand purchasing in an ISO 9001 environment. Will be interfacing with Sales and Quotations, Job Start Up, Processing, Engineering, Production, Quality Purchasing, Maintenance, Shipping Receiving and Accounting.

As a Project Manager at Metalex, you will be in a dynamic, fast paced role, responsible for planning and executing customer projects starting from a transfer kick off meeting to managing the schedule, quality and cost of the entire execution process to ensure on-time delivery and total customer satisfaction. As a project manager you will be required to work directly with customers and internally with teammates across all areas within the business; quotation, job start up, engineering, programming, manufacturing, operations, quality, purchasing, shipping and sales.
